During the Meeting

Keep entrance doors locked at all times; admit only known or vetted individuals

Kindly ascertain intentions of unknown individuals or those known to cause concern

Do NOT admit anyone who is aggressive or appears intoxicated

Assist in coatroom, foyer, and restrooms as needed

Maintain ongoing communication with the auditorium attendant; report any incidents promptly
Parking Lot Inspections

+30 min: Inspect parking lot with another trained attendant (bring flashlight) +30 min

Verify all exterior KH doors are locked during the +30 min inspection

Notify auditorium attendant before leaving for inspection so he can cover the entrance door

Verify all exterior doors are locked during the โ€“15 min inspection
After the Meeting

Monitor entrance until all attendees have left the building

Arm the security system before leaving

Maintain ongoing communication with the entrance attendant; respond to all reported incidents
Handling Disruptions

Ignore trivial disturbances; pray silently before approaching an agitated individual (Neh. 2:4)

With at least two attendants, speak calmly with the individual outside the auditorium
โœ“
If the person persists, ask him to leave; warn that police will be called if he refuses
โœ“
If uncooperative, call the police (use landline if available)
โœ“
Inform the coordinator of the body of elders if the situation warrants Service Department notification

Coordinate with entrance attendant; confirm building is secured
Fire Alarm Emergency

If danger confirmed: direct everyone to evacuate via nearest exit

Try to prevent individual from entering; lock and barricade doors if necessary

Alert all in attendance; instruct everyone to remain calm and silence devices

If individual enters: use multiple brothers to subdue until police arrive

Direct attendees to escape routes; encourage leaving all belongings behind

If evacuation impossible: instruct to hide in locked rooms, block doors with heavy items
